The Darcy complete Solar Powered separator/interceptor alarm system is ideal for remote locations and where mains power is not available, and is suitable for outdoor installation.

Darcy Solar Powered Alarm (GSM) Specification

Ideal for retro fitting to existing Separators or on sites where mains power is not easily accessible. The solar alarm removes the need for digging ducts and laying long cable runs, making installation efficient and cost effective.

The standard system is supplied complete with an intrinsically safe control unit together with a high oil probe and a steel mounting stand.

The control unit is capable of monitoring up to 6 probe units in 2 separator tanks (3 probes per tank), to automatically monitor oil, silt and liquid levels.

The GSM capability of this unit will also allow 2 way communication to notify up to 8 designated users by text message. As well as this the unit has a liquid crystal display, and can be fitted with an optional flashing beacon alarm. Alarm warnings allow you time to take corrective action ensuring the safe and economic operation of separators preventing oil passing through the separator and polluting watercourses which may result in expensive fines and clean up costs.
